Coastal Sports Collectibles is looking for motivated, reliable Retail Associates to join our team!

If you enjoy collecting, talking about THE HOBBY, helping customers find their next big hit, and working in a fun environment — we want to hear from you!

🧢 Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with buying, trading & selling trading cards and collectibles

• Provide FRIENDLY, knowledgeable customer service

• Operate a POS system and handle financial transactions

• Help sort & organize inventory, displays, and store layout

• Assist during events, release days, and trade nights

• Maintain a clean, WELCOMING shop environment

⭐ Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills and positive attitude

• Knowledge of Sports and/or TCG collectibles is a MUST

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Comfortable working in a retail setting

• Ability to multitask during busy periods

🎯 Bonus Skills (not required):

• Ability to professionally evaluate cards for condition and value

• Social media or live break experience

• Retail or hobby shop experience (We Will Train!)
